Form 4
High Temp Resin Cartridge (Form 4), 1L
Currently out of stock, available again shortly
High Temp Resin is designed for functional prototyping in high heat applications. The most notable property of this material is its Heat Deflection Temperature, which is the temperature at which a material will deform under a specified load. For High Temp, the heat deflection temperature is 238 °C @ 0.45 MPa for V2 (FLHTAM02) and 289 °C @ 0.45 MPa for V1 (FLHTAM01).
High Temp is ideal for applications requiring the part to stand up to high temperatures with minimal loading. The material has almost no flex, however, so snap fits and living hinges are not suited for printing with High Temp Resin.
High Temp is available in 25, 50, and 100 micron layer heights. Reserve the 25 micron setting only for small objects that are the size of a piece of jewelry or smaller. The only difference between printing at 25 microns and printing at 50 microns is a slightly smoother surface finish. Otherwise, the print quality is the same.
